١. القبول

باستخدامك «قرطاس» («التطبيق») توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. فإن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

٢. طبيعة التطبيق والملكية

التطبيق منتج مستقل يملكه يوسف غلام نبي («المطوّر») ملكية كاملة وحصرية، ولا يتبع أي جهة ولا يشاركها في ملكيته. وقد يُضمَّن في تطبيقات أخرى للمطوّر مع بقاء ملكيته له وحده.

٣. محتواك

  • كل ما تكتبه وترسمه وتضيفه إلى سبوراتك ملك لك، ولا يكتسب المطوّر أي حق فيه.
  • أنت المسؤول عن محتواك وعمّا تشاركه.
  • لا تضف إلى سبوراتك ولا تشارك ما لا تملك حق استعماله أو مشاركته، مثل المواد التي يملكها غيرك، إلا بالقدر الذي تسمح به حقوق أصحابها والأنظمة المعمول بها.

٤. الحفظ والنسخ الاحتياطي

الحفظ التلقائي والحفظ السحابي وسائل مساعدة فقط، ولا يضمن المطوّر بقاء سبوراتك أو عدم فقدها بسبب عطل الجهاز أو حذف التطبيق أو خطأ في المزامنة أو تعارض تعديلين على جهازين. احتفظ بنسخة احتياطية مما يهمك، مثل التصدير إلى ملف.

عند تفعيل الحفظ السحابي قد تحل النسخة الأحدث محل الأقدم، فلا تعدّل السبورة نفسها على جهازين في وقت واحد.

٥. خدمات الغير

الحفظ السحابي يتم في حسابك على Google، وتنزيل الخطوط من Google Fonts. وتخضع هذه الخدمات لشروط Google وسياستها، ولا يتحمل المطوّر تعطلها ولا تغيير شروطها.

٦. المشاركة برمز QR

أنت المسؤول عمّن تعرض عليه الرمز وعمّا تشاركه. يُنقل المحتوى مشفّراً ومفتاحه داخل الرمز، فاعرضه لمن تريد استلامه فقط. ويشترط أن يكون تطبيق قرطاس مثبتاً على الجهاز الآخر.

٧. تقارير المشاكل

لا يُرسل التطبيق تقرير مشكلة إلا بعد أن يعرض عليك نوعها ويحصل على موافقتك، وفق ما هو مبيّن في سياسة الخصوصية.

٨. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز:

  • استخدام التطبيق في مخالفة النظام أو حقوق الغير.
  • الهندسة العكسية للتطبيق أو تعديله أو استخراج شفرته.
  • نسخ التطبيق أو توزيعه أو بيعه أو إعادة تسميته.
  • محاولة تعطيل التطبيق أو الإضرار بما يتصل به من خدمات.

٩. متطلبات التشغيل والقيود الأمنية

قد يرفض تطبيق Android العمل على جهاز مروّت (Root) أو على محاكي أو أثناء تفعيل خيارات المطور أو تصحيح USB، أو عند رصد تلاعب بالتطبيق أو بتوقيعه. وهذا لحماية بياناتك، ولا يُعد عيباً في التطبيق.

١٠. الملكية الفكرية والترخيص

التطبيق واسمه وشعاره وتصميمه وشفرته ملك للمطوّر وحده. ولك ترخيص شخصي محدود غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدامه، ولا يجوز استخدام اسمه أو شعاره دون إذن كتابي من المطوّر.

١١. التوافر والتغيير

لا يضمن المطوّر عملاً متواصلاً أو خالياً من الأخطاء، وله تحديث الميزات أو تعديلها أو إيقافها.

١٢. إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». وبالقدر الذي يجيزه النظام الواجب التطبيق، لا يتحمل المطوّر مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة، ولا ما ينتج عن فقد السبورات أو تعطل خدمات الغير أو سوء استخدام المستخدم. ولا يشمل ذلك ما لا يجوز استبعاده نظاماً، كالمسؤولية عن الغش أو الخطأ الجسيم.

١٣. الإيقاف

لك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق. وللمطوّر تقييد الوصول لمن يخالف هذه الشروط أو إيقافه عنه.

١٤. التعديل

عند أي تعديل جوهري نُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل متابعة الاستخدام، ونحدّث تاريخ هذه الصفحة.

١٥. القانون الواجب التطبيق وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط للنظام النافذ في مكان إقامة المطوّر. نسعى أولاً إلى تسوية أي خلاف ودياً، وإن تعذر فالاختصاص للمحاكم المختصة هناك.

1. Acceptance

By using Qirtas (the "App") you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the App and ownership

The App is an independent product fully and exclusively owned by Yousuf Ghulam Nabi (the "Developer"). It does not belong to any university or other organisation, which share no ownership in it. It may be included in other apps by the Developer while remaining solely his property.

3. Your content

  • Everything you write, draw and add to your boards is yours; the Developer acquires no right in it.
  • You are responsible for your content and for what you share.
  • Do not add or share anything you have no right to use or share, such as material owned by others, except to the extent permitted by their owners' rights and applicable law.

4. Saving and backups

Automatic saving and cloud backup are convenience features only. The Developer does not guarantee that your boards will remain or will not be lost because of a device failure, uninstalling the App, a sync error, or conflicting edits on two devices. Keep a backup of what matters to you, for example by exporting to a file.

When cloud backup is on, the newer copy may replace the older one, so do not edit the same board on two devices at the same time.

5. Third-party services

Cloud backup happens in your Google account, and fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts. These services are subject to Google's terms and policies, and the Developer is not responsible for their outages or changes to their terms.

6. Sharing with a QR code

You are responsible for whom you show the code to and what you share. The content is transferred encrypted and its key is inside the code, so show it only to the person who should receive it. The other device must have the Qirtas app installed.

7. Problem reports

The App sends a problem report only after showing you its type and getting your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the App in violation of the law or the rights of others;
  • reverse engineer, modify or extract the code of the App;
  • copy, distribute, sell or rename the App;
  • attempt to disable the App or harm services connected to it.

9. Operating requirements and security restrictions

The Android app may refuse to run on a rooted device, on an emulator, while Developer options or USB debugging are on, or when tampering with the app or its signature is detected. This protects your data and is not a defect in the App.

10. Intellectual property and licence

The App, its name, logo, design and code belong solely to the Developer. You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use it. You may not use its name or logo without the Developer's written permission.

11. Availability and change

The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may update, modify or discontinue features.

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect damages, or for loss of boards, outages of third-party services, or misuse by the user. This does not cover what cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. The Developer may restrict or stop access for anyone who breaches these terms.

14. Changes

For any material change we will notify you inside the App before you continue using it, and update the date on this page.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law in force where the Developer resides. We first try to settle any dispute amicably; if that fails, the competent courts there have jurisdiction.
