١. تمهيد

«قرطاس» («التطبيق») تطبيق للكتابة اليدوية والرسم وتدوين الملاحظات على Windows وAndroid، يطوّره ويملكه يوسف غلام نبي («المطوّر») وحده. وهو منتج مستقل.

تبيّن هذه السياسة ما يعالجه التطبيق من بيانات، وأماكن حفظها، وحقوقك.

٢. لا حساب ولا خوادم لسبوراتك

لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب لدى المطوّر.
لا يشغّل المطوّر خوادم تستقبل سبوراتك أو تخزّنها.
لا يتضمن التطبيق إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبع، ولا يبيع المطوّر بياناتك ولا يشاركها مع أحد.
الاستثناء الوحيد: تقارير المشاكل التي لا تُرسل إلا بإذنك (البند ٧).

٣. البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق

محتوى سبوراتك: كتابتك ورسومك ونصوصك المطبوعة وصفحات ملفات PDF والصور التي تضيفها.
إعداداتك: الألوان التي اخترتها أو حفظتها وتفضيلات الأدوات واللغة.
صور مصغّرة لسبوراتك تُنشأ لعرضها في القائمة.
بيانات الحفظ السحابي (اختياري): رمز وصول يمنحه لك Google عند تسجيل الدخول، ويُحفظ في التخزين الآمن لجهازك. ولا تصل كلمة مرورك إلى التطبيق، ولا يطلع على اسمك أو بريدك أو ملفاتك الأخرى.

٤. أماكن الحفظ

على جهازك: تُحفظ سبوراتك تلقائياً بعد كل تعديل في مجلد بيانات التطبيق المحلي (على Windows خارج مجلد المستندات فلا تُزامَن مع OneDrive، وعلى Android في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة)، ويعمل التطبيق دون اتصال بالإنترنت.
في حسابك على Google Drive (اختياري): إذا سجّلت الدخول من زر الحفظ السحابي، يرفع التطبيق سبوراتك إلى مجلد مخفي خاص به داخل حسابك. تخضع هذه الملفات لشروط Google وسياستها، ولا يستقبلها المطوّر.
الملفات التي تصدّرها: ملف بامتداد qirtas يحوي سبورتك وصورها، وأنت من يقرر مكان حفظه ومشاركته.

٥. تسجيل الدخول عبر Google وبيانات Google

الحفظ السحابي اختياري، ويستخدم صلاحية واحدة فقط: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata، وهي تتيح للتطبيق قراءة الملفات التي أنشأها هو نفسه داخل مجلد التطبيق المخفي في حسابك وكتابتها وحذفها فقط. لا يصل التطبيق إلى ملفاتك الأخرى في Drive ولا إلى بريدك أو جهات اتصالك.

نستخدم هذا الوصول لغرض واحد: حفظ سبوراتك واستعادتها ومزامنتها بين أجهزتك. لا نبيع بيانات Google ولا نشاركها ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات ولا لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا يطلع عليها بشر.

يلتزم استخدام قرطاس للمعلومات التي يتلقاها من واجهات Google البرمجية ونقلها إلى أي تطبيق آخر بـ سياسة بيانات المستخدم في خدمات Google API بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).

يمكنك سحب الصلاحية في أي وقت من myaccount.google.com/permissions، أو بتسجيل الخروج من الحفظ السحابي داخل التطبيق.

٦. الأذونات

الكاميرا (الهاتف): تُطلب فقط عند مسح رمز QR لاستقبال سبورة، ولا تُحفظ أي صور أو مقاطع.
الإنترنت: للحفظ السحابي الاختياري وتنزيل الخطوط وإرسال تقارير المشاكل بإذنك.
الملفات: لا يصل التطبيق إلا إلى الملفات التي تختارها بنفسك (استيراد PDF أو صورة أو سبورة، أو تصدير).

٧. تقارير المشاكل

عند حدوث مشكلة في التطبيق يعرض عليك نوعها ويسألك قبل أي إرسال، ولا يُرسل شيء دون موافقتك. ويمكنك إيقاف السؤال نهائياً من الإعدادات.

ما يُرسل إن وافقت: نوع المشكلة ونص الخطأ، ونسخة التطبيق، ونوع نظام التشغيل، ومعرّف عشوائي للتثبيت لا يرتبط بهويتك، وآخر سطور سجل التشغيل. ويمكنك رؤية ذلك قبل الموافقة.
ما لا يُرسل أبداً: كلمات المرور وبيانات الدخول ومحتوى سبوراتك. وتُحجب الأرقام الطويلة والبريد الإلكتروني تلقائياً من النص.
أين تُحفظ: في جدول Google خاص بحساب المطوّر لا يطلع عليه غيره، وقد يصل المطوّر إشعار بالبريد.
الغرض والمدة: تُستخدم لإصلاح المشاكل فقط، وتُحفظ للمدة اللازمة لذلك ثم تُحذف. ولك طلب حذف تقاريرك بمراسلتنا.

٨. الخدمات الخارجية

Google Drive: اختياري، ويقتصر الوصول فيه على مجلد التطبيق المخفي داخل حسابك.
Google Fonts: عند اختيار خط غير الافتراضي يُنزَّل من خوادم Google، فيظهر لها عنوان اتصال جهازك.
Google Apps Script وGoogle Sheets: لاستقبال تقارير المشاكل التي توافق على إرسالها فقط.

ما عدا ذلك لا يتصل التطبيق بأي خدمة خارجية.

٩. المشاركة برمز QR

عند اختيارك مشاركة سبورة يفتح جهازك اتصالاً مباشراً مؤقتاً داخل شبكة الواي فاي نفسها مع الجهاز الذي يمسح الرمز، دون أي خادم وسيط. تُنقل السبورة مشفّرة (AES-256-GCM)، ومفتاح التشفير موجود داخل الرمز نفسه، فلا تعرضه إلا لمن تريد أن يستلم سبورتك.

صلاحية الرمز خمس دقائق، ويُغلق الاتصال بعد أول استلام، ولا يقبل التطبيق الاستلام إلا من عناوين الشبكة المحلية.

١٠. أمن البيانات

رمز الحفظ السحابي يُحفظ في التخزين الآمن الذي يوفره نظام التشغيل.
سبوراتك المحفوظة على الجهاز والملفات المصدَّرة غير مشفّرة من جهة التطبيق، وتعتمد حمايتها على قفل جهازك وحساباتك عليه.
قد يرفض تطبيق Android العمل على جهاز مروّت (Root) أو على محاكي أو أثناء تفعيل خيارات المطور أو تصحيح USB، أو عند رصد تلاعب بالتطبيق، حمايةً لبياناتك.
لا يوجد نظام محصّن بالكامل. لا تستخدم التطبيق على جهاز مشترك للمعلومات الخاصة.

١١. الاحتفاظ والحذف

حذف سبورة من التطبيق يحذفها من جهازك، ولا يحذف نسختها في Google Drive، فتبقى إلى أن تحذفها من إعدادات حسابك في Google.
تسجيل الخروج من الحفظ السحابي يوقف الرفع ويزيل رمز الوصول من جهازك.
حذف التطبيق يزيل بياناته من جهازك.

١٢. حقوقك

الاطلاع على سبوراتك وتصديرها في أي وقت.
حذف سبوراتك من جهازك، وحذف نسخها السحابية من حسابك في Google.
إيقاف الحفظ السحابي بتسجيل الخروج منه، وإيقاف تقارير المشاكل من الإعدادات.
تقديم شكوى إلينا، ونرد عليها خلال مدة لا تتجاوز ثلاثين يوماً. وإن لم تُعالج فلك التقدم إلى الجهة الرقابية المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية.

١٣. القُصَّر

إن كنت دون السن القانونية للتعاقد فاستخدام التطبيق مشروط بعلم وليّ أمرك وموافقته.

١٤. حوادث الأمن

إن اكتشفنا ثغرة أو حادثة تمس بيانات المستخدمين، نُعلمكم عبر التطبيق أو قنوات التواصل المعلنة، ونبلّغ الجهات المختصة إن لزم، ونصدر تحديثاً لمعالجتها.

١٥. التعديل

عند أي تعديل جوهري نُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل متابعة الاستخدام، ونحدّث تاريخ هذه الصفحة.

1. Introduction

Qirtas (the "App") is a handwriting, drawing and note-taking app for Windows and Android, developed and solely owned by Yousuf Ghulam Nabi (the "Developer"). It is an independent product and is not affiliated with any university or other organisation.

This policy explains what data the App processes, where it is stored, and your rights.

2. No account and no servers for your notes

The App does not require an account with the Developer.
The Developer does not run servers that receive or store your notes.
The App contains no ads and no analytics or tracking tools, and the Developer does not sell or share your data.
The only exception is problem reports, which are sent only with your permission (section 7).

3. Data the App processes

Your board content: handwriting, drawings, typed text, and the PDF pages and images you add.
Your settings: saved colours, tool preferences and language.
Thumbnails of your boards, created to show the board list.
Cloud backup data (optional): an access token that Google issues when you sign in, kept in your device's secure storage. The App never receives your password and never reads your name, email address or other files.

4. Where data is stored

On your device: boards are saved automatically after each change in the app's local data folder (on Windows outside the Documents folder, so it is not synced to OneDrive; on Android in the app's private storage). The App works offline.
In your Google Drive account (optional): if you sign in with the cloud button, the App uploads your boards to a hidden app-specific folder in your account. Those files are subject to Google's terms and policies and are not received by the Developer.
Files you export: a .qirtas file containing your board and its images; you decide where it is saved and shared.

5. Sign-in with Google and Google user data

Cloud backup is optional and uses a single scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata. It lets the App read, write and delete only the files it created itself inside its hidden app folder in your account. The App cannot access your other Drive files, your email or your contacts.

We use this access for one purpose: to save, restore and sync your boards across your devices. We do not sell or share Google user data, do not use it for advertising or to train AI models, and no humans read it.

Qirtas's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by signing out of cloud backup inside the App.

6. Permissions

Camera (phone): requested only when scanning a QR code to receive a board; no photos or video are saved.
Internet: for optional cloud backup, font downloads, and sending problem reports with your permission.
Files: the App only accesses files you choose yourself (importing a PDF, image or board, or exporting).

7. Problem reports

When a problem occurs, the App shows you its type and asks before anything is sent. Nothing is sent without your consent, and you can turn the question off permanently in Settings.

What is sent if you agree: the problem type and error text, the app version, the operating system type, a random installation identifier that is not linked to your identity, and the latest lines of the run log. You can see this before agreeing.
What is never sent: passwords, sign-in data and the content of your boards. Long numbers and email addresses are automatically masked in the text.
Where it is stored: in a private Google Sheet in the Developer's Google account, accessible only to the Developer, who may also receive an email notification.
Purpose and retention: reports are used only to fix problems and are kept only as long as needed, then deleted. You may ask us to delete your reports by contacting us.

8. Third-party services

Google Drive: optional; access is limited to the hidden app folder in your account.
Google Fonts: when you choose a non-default font it is downloaded from Google servers, which therefore see your device's connection address.
Google Apps Script and Google Sheets: used only to receive problem reports that you agree to send.

Apart from this, the App does not connect to any external service.

9. Sharing with a QR code

When you share a board, your device opens a temporary direct connection on the same Wi-Fi network with the device that scans the code, with no intermediary server. The board is transferred encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and the key is inside the code itself, so show it only to the person who should receive your board.

The code is valid for five minutes, the connection closes after the first delivery, and the App only accepts receiving from local-network addresses.

10. Data security

The cloud token is kept in the secure storage provided by the operating system.
Boards saved on your device and exported files are not encrypted by the App; their protection depends on your device lock and accounts.
The Android app may refuse to run on a rooted device, on an emulator, while Developer options or USB debugging are on, or when tampering is detected, to protect your data.
No system is completely secure. Do not use the App for private information on a shared device.

11. Retention and deletion

Deleting a board in the App deletes it from your device but not its copy in Google Drive, which remains until you delete it from your Google account settings.
Signing out of cloud backup stops uploads and removes the access token from your device.
Uninstalling the App removes its data from your device.

12. Your rights

View and export your boards at any time.
Delete your boards from your device and delete their cloud copies from your Google account.
Stop cloud backup by signing out, and stop problem reports in Settings.
Complain to us; we reply within thirty days. If it is not resolved you may contact the competent personal data protection authority.

13. Minors

If you are under the legal age to enter a contract, use of the App requires the knowledge and consent of your guardian.

14. Security incidents

If we discover a vulnerability or incident affecting users' data, we will inform you through the App or announced contact channels, notify the competent authorities where required, and release an update to address it.

15. Changes

For any material change we will notify you inside the App before you continue using it, and update the date on this page.
